My Story

I am a former global CEO and regional Vice President with over 25 years of executive leadership across luxury, beauty, retail, manufacturing, and premium consumer businesses.

I have held full P&L accountability up to USD 200m, led multi-market operations across more than 60 countries, and worked at senior levels with global and founder-led brands including Clarins, Chanel, The Body Shop, LVMH portfolios, and private luxury enterprises.

Today, I work selectively with founders, boards, and investors, providing independent judgement and practical strategy grounded in real-world execution. My advisory approach is direct, commercial, and focused on delivering sustainable value rather than theoretical frameworks.
